It is CannaPiece’s policy to comply with the privacy legislation within each jurisdiction in which we operate. This Privacy Policy covers only those activities that are subject to the provisions of Canada’s federal and provincial privacy laws, as applicable.

There may be a charge for retrieving a complete list of personal information, in which case you will be notified in advance and you may, at that time, withdraw your request.
Your right to access the personal information that we hold about you is not absolute. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide some or all of the personal information that we hold about you.
Currently, the primary place in which CannaPiece holds your personal information is Ontario, Canada.
Updating Your Personal Information
It is important that the information contained in our records is both accurate and current. If your personal information happens to change during the course of our relationship, please keep us informed of such changes. Once you have the personal information, all you have to do is check it for accuracy and let us know if there are any corrections required.

Ownership
All Personal Information collected by CannaPiece in compliance with this Privacy Policy are business records of CannaPiece.
Disclosure Log
CannaPiece will take reasonable care to maintain a disclosure transaction log that accurately records all use, corrections, additions, deletions and disclosures including the names of all parties enabling the transaction. Where the Personal Information of the Individual is disclosed to any person or organization, the name of the person or organization to which the Personal Information is disclosed will be recorded along with a reasonably thorough description of the purpose of the disclosure.
Retention
All Personal Information collected by CannaPiece will be retained pursuant to the Law, Legislation, Regulation, and governing bodies. Personal Information that is no longer needed for its stated purpose will be destroyed, erased or made anonymous.
Deceased
The rights and protections of the Privacy Policy will extend to deceased Individuals.
Security
CannaPiece will take and enforce all reasonable security measures appropriate for the sensitivity of the information to ensure that all Personal Information for every Individual is protected against any form of unauthorized use including but not limited to accidental or malicious disclosure, unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, unauthorized duplication or theft.
CannaPiece will educate and inform all Staff regarding the Privacy Policy and related procedures and on the importance of confidentiality of Personal Information and will monitor compliance with the Privacy Policy and may observe and investigate the information management practices of all Staff having care of Personal Information.
Non-Personal Information
Non-personal information is information that cannot identify you personally, such as, browser information and program data that records the website page choices you make.
Our website may use ‘cookies’ to collect non-personal information about you, to help us better deliver our products and services to you. A ‘cookie’ is a small text file sent to your browser’s files for our reference. They allow our server computer to recognize you when you return to our website and retain any preferences you have provided.
