Summary Of The Role: 

The Green Valley Wellness Head Office Administrator and Clinical Educator will complete day-to-day task to ensure the efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment, while also supporting management and the other clinics. This role will not only complete day-to-day task for the Whitby clinic, but also go above and beyond to preform Head Office specific tasks. This individual will report to the Clinical Regional Manager and Director of Operations.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Patient Intake 
  • NP Scheduling 
  • Data Entry (Jane, Google Sheets, etc.) 
  • Distribution of Paperwork to Other Clinics Post Appointment 
  • Booking Patient Appointments 
  • Scanning, Faxing, Filing 
  • Email Monitoring 
  • Mailing Documents 
  • Maintaining Cleanliness of the Clinic 
  • Educator of Cannabis for Patients 
  • Document Pick up/ Drop Off from NP 
  • Collecting Payments from Patients 
  • Bank Deposit 
  • Supporting and Assisting Other Clinics 
  • Assisting with Trade Show 
  • Supporting and assisting Management 
  • Assisting with Project 
  • Assisting with Advertising/Marketing
  • Business Development
  • Social Media Content Creator/ Monitoring

Requirements
